Pulaski County Road and Bridge Administration Building
In 2002, Pulaski County officials mandated that all new construction, additions, and renovations should be completed under the current USGBC, LEED rating system. This posed several interesting challenges to design and construct this 3,000 square foot addition to the existing County Road and Bridge Administrative complex. The project, completed in 2007 is certified LEED and diverted over 80% of the generated construction waste away from local landfills. The total cost for this project was $700,500.00.
