Gary is a 1981 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is licensed in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Florida, Tennessee, Missouri and Louisiana and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Board. In 1997, Gary founded Clements & Associates/Architecture, Inc. and has focused the firm’s resources on the design and development of high quality projects throughout the State. Notable projects include the Student Village at Ouachita Baptist University, multiple on-call projects at the Arkansas State Capitol for the Secretary of State’s office, complete renovation of the House of Representative’s Chamber at the Arkansas State Capitol, multiple on-call projects for the Little Rock Air Force Base, as well as for the four campuses for the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections.

Gary has been heavily involved with historic preservation, rehabilitation, and downtown revitalization efforts at not only the local level, but at the statewide level as well. At the statewide level, he served on the Historic Preservation Alliance of Arkansas from 1987 – 1993, including serving as President in 1991. Also, he served on the Main Street Arkansas Advisory Board in 1991 and 1992; providing an opportunity to assist North Little Rock in its efforts to become a Main Street city. At the local level, Gary served on the North Little Rock Historic District Commission from 1993 until 2010 and served on the North Little Rock History Commission from 1992 until 2004. In the past, he has served on the Rental Study Commission, the Downtown Overlay District Committee, and the Main Street Argenta Design Committee. Gary was the recipient of the Jimmy Strawn Preservation Award by the Quapaw Quarter Association in 1995.

Casey joined our firm in 2007 after graduating from Arkansas State University at Beebe with an Associate Degree in CADD. Casey brings to the firm his extensive knowledge in AutoCadd and Architectural Desktop for computer drafting and design.

He also has experience in the construction industry, where he learned layout, foundation work, framing and most general construction work. He is also knowledgeable in construction regulations and guidelines. Casey has been with the firm for seven years and has been an integral member of project teams for such projects as the Student Village at Ouachita Baptist University, multiple projects for Arkansas House of Representatives and the Little Rock Air Force Base.

Connie has over eighteen years of experience with architectural firms and is quite adept with the day to day workings in a design firm. Connie handles the accounting side of the business, as well as specification writing, grants, historic structures reports and needs assessments for the firm.

Rosa Sanchez ¦ Intern Architect

Rosa joined our firm in 2014 and graduated from University of Arkansas in 2011 with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture. Rosa brings to the firm her extensive knowledge in AutoCadd and Architectural Desktop for computer drafting and design, as well as Architecture Revit and Adobe Illustrator. Rosa has been an integral member of project teams for multiple projects for Arkansas House of Representatives and the Little Rock Air Force Base, as well as private industry clients.
