Ouachita Baptist University

The north campus redevelopment master plan for Ouachita Baptist University began with the removal of four existing 1960s era dormitories and replaced them with the new 130,000 sq. ft. Student Village. The suite style apartments consist of both private and semi-private rooms, housing approximately 366 students. Other amenities include a large first floor common space, meeting rooms, fitness center, multi-media center and four outdoor terraces. This project was dedicated on August 20, 2009 and was constructed in just over thirteen months with a total budget of $25 million.
